2. What data we process
Data provided in the contact form: full name, clinic or company name, country, email address, phone number and the content of the message. We also process data from email correspondence, phone calls and WhatsApp messages.

- Replying to enquiries and business contact: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. our legitimate interest. Where the enquiry concerns entering into a contract: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and then for [12 months] from the last contact. If we start working together, we keep it for the period required by law, e.g. tax law.
